The Weekly Standard never rose about the nonesense of WINEP. However, in this piece, they establish a new paradigm: they are now way below WINEP! A nice confrontation with Russia will do! We have seen the resolve of the US, the EU in Georgia. Uberfieldmarshal Billy (the fool!) Kristol will marshal the troops against the Bears (not the Chicago Bears although even there he may also 'fumble' the ball!)
