"How do you roll back the clock on "know-how?"

Laura Rosen
, at Politico raises a very good question to all those who, through Sunday's talk shows,  jumped on the "Bomb Iran-hysteria wagon" ...

"... The New York Times reported on the information in the month-old AP piece and ISIS reports today. Predictably, it seemed to lend itself to bipartisan calls on the Sunday talk shows today for tossing out engagement in favor of military action against Iran, without addressing the question of proscription: how do you roll back the clock on "know-how?" And what better way to put time on the clock than the deal supposedly reached in Geneva last week, to remove the vast majority of Iran's known enriched uranium stockpile for a time period, so that one key component on any weapons the reports say Iran has had the know-how to produce for several years would be delayed, as attempted negotiations proceed?
