"POLITICO earlier reported that the Obama administration is dispatching the State Department's Assistant Secretary of Near Eastern Affairs Jeff Feltman to Libya to try to manage Qaddafi's upcoming visit to New York later this month for the opening session of the UN General Assembly. It will be the Libyan leader's first visit to the United States."
