Sadly Anon it isnt. All parties seem to now accept this figure. Mabrouk to the Lebanese and to another four years of corruption and kow-towing to the West.
Big Winners:-Saad Hariri-Suleiman Frangieh (though he and Aoun lost in the general election)-Michel AounBig Losers:-Michel Murr-Michel Sleiman-Michel SkaffStandStill:-Hezbollah-Amal-Armenians (added a seat but it was not up to par with their effort)
Surprising result everything was pointing to a Hezbollah win. But they again Hezbollah probably more effective the way they are and not shackled by government. But yeah regarding corruption probably a bad day for Lebanon.
