Sadly Anon it isnt. All parties seem to now accept this figure.

Mabrouk to the Lebanese and to another four years of corruption and kow-towing to the West.

-Suleiman Frangieh (though he and Aoun lost in the general election)

Big Losers:
-Michel Murr
-Michel Sleiman
-Michel Skaff

StandStill:
-Hezbollah
-Amal
-Armenians (added a seat but it was not up to par with their effort)

Surprising result everything was pointing to a Hezbollah win. But they again Hezbollah probably more effective the way they are and not shackled by government. But yeah regarding corruption probably a bad day for Lebanon.
