Lebanon: Adopting the "Hariri Tribunal" under UNSC Chptr.7 to DISARM Hezballah= Lebanon's suicide!

Russian special envoy, Alexander Soltanov held meetings in Beirut today with all 3 heads of the Lebanese state, and both ruling Junta and opposition leaders. Basically, Mr. Soltanov was in Beirut to get a better grasp of how deep the schism is and to WHAT EXTENT will the Lebanese go if the "tribunal" is implemented under Chapter 7 of the UN charter, knowing full well that the tribunal's raison d'etre is the "emasculation of Hezballah." In other words, he wanted to know if this meant "serious internal trouble" for that little country. The responses he got from across the board were: "We'll not spare a second ... we'll go at each other's throats ..."
