I got this thanks to Max Kenner, Director of the Bard University Prison Initiative. It reads like a sad series of obstacles, challenges ... agonies and very little progress. Basically, of life in Baghdad as we came to see some aspects of it. Apparently, there are several months of this at the "British Library's" website.
