I think that will not be the question. Saudi-backed Ahrar Al-Sham is the new darling of the "Frinds of Syria" and everybody know they are islamists.
I'ld have an idea of what the vetting questions really will be about:
Are you going to make a killing on cheating the US by selling US donated weapons to Hezbollah or is your hatred against the Safavids solid enough to us US donated weapons to fight your jihad in the interest of the US and Israel?
