Did Turkish Intelligence know of Jabhat al Nusra's 'car bombs inside Turkey'?

The documents mention that Turkish intelligence had since April 25 information that the Jihadist Jabhat al-Nusra in Syria was preparing three car bombs for attacks in Turkey.
