Moath Al Khatib (and Ankara behind him): "I am being coy!"

Conditions on the half hour, just like the now defunct Eastern Shuttle.
"...Syrian opposition leader Mouaz al-Khatib has said he is willing to hold talks with President Bashar al-Assad's representatives in rebel-held areas of northern Syria .... al-Khatib told Al Jazeera that the regime keeps insisting that holding talks outside the country is a breach of sovereignty. The north is Syrian land, he said, "and we, too, have the right to choose where we want to talk".
