EXPLOSIVE: America advised Qaddafi on how to "undermine the NTC & the rebels and link them to Islamic extremism!

Aah David Welch. The man who also 'advised' Israel & its allies in March14 during the July 06' aggression on Lebanon. The man who 'advised' Siniora on the Seven-points draft ... caught helping Qaddafi on how to quell the rebellion! The State Department's reply? David Welch, America's former top diplomat, a man who financed & directed sedition & aggression in Palestine and Lebanon, is "now a private citizen!"

"Documents reportedly found in the ransacked headquarters of Libya's intelligence service indicate that assistance was given by David Welch, Mr Bush's assistant secretary of state for near eastern affairs from 2005 to 2008...
Mr Welch, 57, a former ambassador to Egypt, brokered the restoration of diplomatic relations between the US and Libya in 2008. One paper said to have been discovered yesterday by a reporter for Al Jazeera purports to be a minute of a meeting between Mr Welch and two Libyan officials, Abubakr Alzleitny and Mohammed Ahmed Ismail, at the Four Seasons hotel in Cairo on August 2.
Mr Welch, now a senior executive at Bechtel, an American firm with construction contracts in Libya, reportedly advised them on "confidence building measures" to improve the regime's public standing.

He is also reported to have advised the officials on how to undermine the National Transitional Council and supporters fighting to overthrow the Gaddafi regime, potentially by linking them to Islamic extremism.
"Any information related to al-Qaeda or other terrorist extremist organisations should be found and given to the American administration," the document records him as saying...."
