OAU working for a ceasfire

"An African Union mission has arrived in Libya to try to negotiate a ceasefire between rebel forces and those loyal to Col Muammar Gaddafi.South African President Jacob Zuma and three other leaders had earlier left Mauritania to fly to the Libyan capital, Tripoli.The team will also visit rebel representatives in Benghazi..."

I really hoped he would go quickly right from the start. But at this point a negotiated solution seems like the best thing. I just hope the Libyans get their democracy and get to keep their natural resources and independence.
