It is Friday, April 29, and Al-Jazeera's Rula Amin is still in Damascus. Cal Perry's visa was set to expire and the Syrian government decided not to extend it, which is their right. Maybe if Cal Perry was being more of a reporter and less of a "witness said this" and "some dude in London said that", he would have had his visa extended. Plus Al-Jazeera, in their ever-extensive coverage of events in Syria, did not mention a sit-in outside its office in Damascus for the last 2 weeks by people calling it to stop reporting deliberately false news on the situation in Syria.
