However, the most shocking campaign element of the week has been a video created by a group calling themselves “Youth of March 14”. The youtube video draws a parallel between the animated Disney movie, The Lion King, with the current Lebanese political context. The video compares Rafik Hariri’s assassination with the death of King Mufasa who was killed by his evil brother Scar, who plays the Hizbollah leader Hasan Nasrallah. The video was broadcasted on Lebanese national news and is going viral. Although March 14 leaders are not claiming responsibility for the video, it is an unprecedented direct accusation of Hizbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah for killing former Prime Minister Hariri...."
