“Hezbollah is turning its weapons into intelligence services for dictatorship regimes,” Sakr told ‘Akhbar al Yawm’ new agency. "The arms are being used to bully other parties, while Lebanon has an army to protect the country,” he said, adding that the bullying will stop.“We will launch political, media, diplomatic and legal campaigns against non-state weapons, set by Premier Saad Hariri,” he added.
