"Ambivalence" in Washington & a UN 'no fly zone'...

"...The United Nations Security Council voted Thursday to impose a no-fly-zone on Libya in order to protect civilians from attacks by Libya's Muammar Gadhafi. The resolution passed with ten nations voting for, zero against, and five countries -- including Russia, China, Brazil, India and Germany -- abstaining.
Though the United States co-sponsored the resolution adopted, along with Lebanon, France and the United Kingdom, there has been considerable ambivalence in the Obama administration about the U.S. embarking on another international military intervention in the Middle East, even one whose main purpose is ostensibly humanitarian...."
