Apparently, the situation in Libya is moving fast towards "becoming dangerous"!.. but on sanctions, Ban promised that the UNSC will meet again, to study & discuss ... but prefers to leave things for the Libyan People to decide, regardless of the death toll ...

Yeah, to hard to expect that Ban Ki Moon would make a stand on anything. He might as well just go on holidays for the rest of his term and leave a cardboard cutout of himself to run the show for all the good he has ever done.
