11th minister (in 'escrow') Assayed Hussein, resigns. Government of Lebanon, collapses.
Ministers in 'escrow' are a Lebanese invention. Adnan Assayed Hussein was the Opposition's minister in 'escrow' logged under President Sleiman's share of the government.
