Israeli Minister: "Israel knew of the INTENT to send 'mail bombs' before they were sent..."

Need we ask?
"... Transportation Minister Yisrael Katz hinted Monday that Israel received warning of the intent to send bombs to US synagogues on Thursday, before the plot was revealed to the public on the following day.  "Since Thursday Israeli representatives have been on location in sensitive airports around the world, securing shipments to Israel," he said ahead of a large-scale drill at Ben Gurion International Airport...."

Who benefits most from increased fears in the West about the threats of Islamic terrorism/ Why the US defence industry and the Israelis. Recent history in Iraq and Afghanistan suggests that the US defense industry couldn't pass off anyone as a Yemeni ever. Meanwhile there are an awful lot of Israelis that could pass themselves off as Yemenis. So was this an Israeli black op? Before reading this article I suspected that it may have been but since all Israeli politicians are dumb, ignorant, arrogant corrupt fucks, this convinces me.
Unfortunately we will probably have to wait thirty years to read in the memoirs of one of those DIACF that this was all a most successful black op by the wonderful Mossad that stuck one to those dreadful Arabs. My only consolation, he may have written those memoirs from exile in Florida.
BTW, if western intelligence agencies really deserved all the money that is spent on them, they would come clean on what they know about this if they do suspect the Israelis but as they are all more or less totally incompetent, they won't so more people, predominantly with brown skins, will die.
Finally, since one of the bombs was detected in Dubai and the Dubai police have recently developed a bit of a spine unlike most western police and security authorities, maybe we will see the truth come out a bit quicker, although I can well see the US overriding Dubai's sovereignty.

From the National:

After a six-hour sweep of cargo at the airport, Leicestershire police failed to find the bomb and removed the security perimeter they had set up, British aviation safety consultant Chris Yates said.

But when officials in Dubai discovered a bomb disguised as a computer printer cartridge, authorities urged the British to look again.

“As a direct consequence, they put the cordon back up again and looked again and found the explosives,” said Mr Yates.

Brennan, Mr Obama’s counterterrorism adviser, called it “a very sophisticated device, in terms of how it was constructed”.

Oh dear, English plods shown up by Dubai's finest! What is the world coming to? The only thing I can say in defense of Leicestershire's "finest" is that they are now a rural police force, since most industry in the UK has been outsourced to China, and thus largely manned by in-bred country bumpkins.

When have al Qaeda ever used "sophisticated devices"? Mostly it has been low tec stuff used in original ways such as box cutters, bottle of hair bleach, underpants and shoes. Now who in the Middle East is always going on about its skills with sophisticated technology?

The more I read about this, the more convinced I am that this is a black op that went "wrong" (i.e., was discovered) because someone underestimated Arab intelligence yet again.

To Anon:
AS much as I admire your passion here...I must tell you that you are right about Israeli Navy Commandos roaming Yemen for years...because they are of Yemeni origin....This Black operation was done in collusion between Western Intelligence agencies with MOSSAD/AMAN....
