Sami Gemayel sues Hezbollah ...

"...The Hezbollah website, the Islamic Resistance Forum, described Gemayel as an Israeli spy and called for his "crucifixion on a pole in the Pride and Dignity Square in Beirut".
Gemayel's lawyer, Mark Habka, said: "The parliamentarian has the right to his own political opinions under the constitution."
The row between Gemayel and Hezbollah started earlier this week when Gemayel said that anyone considering themselves to be soldiers of the Lebanese resistance (Hezbollah), which is backed by Iran and its supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei - "are collaborators along with those who work with Israel to harm Lebanon's interests". ..."

In a call with New TV yesterday, a Hezbollah spokesperson said that they are in no way related to this forum, that it was owned by Americans, that they tried to buy it but couldn't and that someone else bought it. This was said in response to the guest, a Phalange leader, who brought up the issue of the forum, claiming it was the official stance of Hezbollah.
