LOL this is high comedy by Joe Lieberman.
So according to him he is in favor of sanctions on Iran... if China ignores those sanctions on Iran he is in favor of sanctions on China.
I'm sure this will end with the world ignoring sanctions on China. In which case Lieberman will be in favor of US sanctions on the world.
