Ahhh disaster. Maybe we should just let the Chinese take over this thing. Clear that the US-EU (and most other parties that been involved) are getting nowhere fast.
I would say that they have gone backwards and we are back at Camp David but clearly its worse than that.
Come on China! Kick everyone out of the talks and do something crazy.
