Al Dustoor/ here قالت مصادر عسكرية فرنسية في حديث مع الدستور ان إسرائيل غير جاهزة حاليا لشن حرب على حزب الله. وأضافت المصادر التي فضلت عدم الافصاح عن هويتها أن وجود خطط إسرائيلية لخوض حرب قادمة في لبنان أمر بديهي ومعلوم في الأوساط العسكرية والسياسية ، غير أن التخطيط للحرب أمر وشن الحرب أمر آخر ، مبدية شكوكا جدية حول إمكانية أن تقوم إسرائيل بشن حرب قريبة على لبنان ، بسبب عدم الاستعداد الميداني والعسكري ، وعدم جهوزية الداخل الإسرائيلي لحرب طويلة ومدمرة مع حزب اله.وقالت المصادر نفسها "ان تقول إسرائيل أنها جاهزة لشن عملية عسكرية ضد حزب الله شيء ، وان تقوم بشن عملية شيء آخر". المصادر الفرنسية حددت ثلاثة أسباب قد تؤدي إلى مواجهة بين حزب الله وإسرائيل وهي قيام حزب الله بعملية أسر لجنود إسرائيليين ، ونجاح إسرائيل باغتيال السيد حسن نصرالله أو نائبه ، واغتيال مسؤول إسرائيلي كبير في عملية رد على اغتيال عماد مغنية.وحول إمكانية قيام إسرائيل بمغامرة عسكرية ضد لبنان ، استبعد المصدر العسكري الفرنسي السابق قيام إسرائيل بشن حرب بمفردها على لبنان ، إلا في حالتين:تبني أميركا لهكذا حرب ودعمها المطلق لها على غرار ما حصل في حرب 2006 ، او اتفاق أميركي إسرائيلي على أن تبدأ إسرائيل الحرب وتكملها اميركا.وهذان الاحتمالان خارج الواقع حاليا بسبب الأوضاع المتردية في العراق وأفغانستان ، والوضع الميداني المستجد في اليمن.وتساءل المصدر عن جنود اليونيفل العاملين في جنوب لبنان ، وعن سلامتهم في حال اندلاع حرب قريبة ، معتبرا أن هذه القوات ، أما أن تقف مع أحد الطرفين وهذا مستبعد أو أن تقف على الحياد ، وهذا لن يمنع تعرضها للخطر وللقصف أو حتى لاتهامات بعدم القيام بواجبها. وإذا سحبت فرنسا جنودها أو خففت تواجدها أو أعادت قوات اليونيفل تموضعها وانتشارها بصورة مفاجئة ، فسيناريو الحرب يصبح محتملا.
