"International talks with Iran are continuing into the afternoon at the Villa Le Saugy, in the countryside village of Genthod, outside of Geneva.
The head of the U.S. delegation, Under Secretary of State William Burns and Iran's top negotiator Saeed Jalili have already held a one-on-one a sidebar conversation, a colleague in Geneva says and a White House spokesman confirms.
Jalili, briefers said, agreed in vague terms to discuss Iran's nuclear program in a broader frame of talks about global nuclear issues.
A second meeting seems likely, reading the body language of today's talks, the colleague relayed. Sources said yesterday that going into the first talks, while some members of the P5+1 had wanted a few days of meetings to be conducted in the first meeting, that Iran had pushed intstead for a second meeting to occur two weeks later."
