Abbas orders 'probe' of deferral of UN Gaza report?

MAAN News/ here
"..... The PLO’s move, reportedly under US pressure, led the Council to delay action on Gaza until next year.
The secretary of the PLO Executive Committee, Abed Rabbo said in a statement that “after deliberating between President Abbas and members of the Executive Committee of the PLO, Prime Minister Salam Fayyad , President Abbas issued a decree to form a committee to find the reasons (a decree, then a committee and then a finding...!) behind postponement of the debate on Goldstone’s report at the UN f Human Rights Council.”..."

"b", previously of Moon of Alabama comments:
"Abbas was pressed by Netanjahu over the second mobile telecommunications license for the West Bank. Either Goldstone or the license ...

Who owns the Palestinian company that wants that (money printing) license?

How are those owners connected to Abbas and Fayyad?

Not only is Abbas pretty crap at being president, he is also crap at bureaucratic coverups. No wonder that nobody bar the Americans, the Israelis and Tony Blair thinks he is any good. Or are they looking for a justification of their action (or rather lack of it) after the event?
