Dennis Ross remains optimistic on Mideast talks

I bet we can all name the party that'll "...NOT get what they want".
Politico's Ben Smith, here
"At a complicated moment between the U.S. and Israel, top administration officials including David Axelrod, Valerie Jarrett, Josh DuBois, and Dennis Ross met the leadership of the Orthodox Union, which represents Orthodox Jewish congregations, at the White House this morning.
Ross was pushed on the question of settlements. His response, as relayed by one attendee:
"The logic was to create an environment to get into negotiations; we need to get into negotiations; we will wrap up these discussions and not everyone will get what they want, but all will get something."
