That is an Iskander-M tactical ballistic missile which has a range of 400km and an accuracy of 5-7m (yes that is metres). If Hezbollah has those (which I sadly really doubt) then there will never be another shooting war between Israel and Lebanon. A couple of those (particularly with the fuel-air explosive warhead) and the Israeli Ministry of Defence in Tel Aviv would be reduced to a pile of rubble and the Israeli missile defenses wouldn't even come close to destroying them. Probably, the only response is Hezbollah had large numbers of these would be for Israel to go nuclear.

The Russians won't even sell these to the Syrians who do have a "return address", which is why I doubt Hezbollah has them.
