PJAK attacks along Iran borders 'decline'

"...The Party of Free Life of Kurdistan (PJAK), an offshoot of the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK), is responsible for a number of fatal bombings in western Iran and southern Turkey during the past few years.
The group announced on Monday that it has halted all operations in Iran and will begin fighting the Turkish military......According to a November 2006 article published by The New Yorker, the US military and Israel provide PJAK with equipment, training and vital intelligence in a bid to destabilize the Iranian government...."
