Abraham Agay INCREDIBLE 'dissection' of the CIA presentation/ report & findings ... (Read the full Agay Document, here)
[] ...not what we would expect from a Yongbyon style super-structure after an air strike...
[] ...Construction time frame too narrow ...
[] ..."other" considerations are not apparent in other nuclear installations and seem more suitable to a CW facility ..
[] ...It looks like BoE was just not tall enough to house a Magnox reactor even if it was very small. Note that these reactors are quite tall and have a giant re-fueling machine on top.
[] ...Why buy a reactor if you build one? At the same period Syria was supposed to build a nuclear reactor inside BoE with the help of NK, it was trying to purchase one from other countries (see reference). In view of Syria limited resources this seems strange....
[] ...BoE is located near 2-3 archaeological and tourist sites, Halabiya (2km), Zenobia (3km?) and Zalabiya. There is a pontoon bridge on the river near these sites. There were no road blocks in this area and visitors of these sites could travel or walk to BoE ... (Photos on blogs by German tourists attest to that!)
[] ...CIA clip digitally processed too much... Several inconsistencies were noted between the ground and overhead images and the CIA clip, e.g. the lower wing on the western side appears asymmetrical in relation to BoE, it looks too sharp. There may be signs of tampering with ground photos..
[] ...The strongest evidence for incriminating Syria is the "core top" photo which has an ancient looking tint. It's possible it was taken at some historical facility (a small one) and was sold to Israel for a lot of money...
[] ...the sizes of the pressure vessel hall and core top hall don't match...
[] ...Quickly dismantling the building certainly looks suspicious but what benefit it gives when every stage is photographed? If the IAEA finds nothing the Syrians would claim there was no nuclear reactor. Everyone will know it's false but the UN wouldn't be able to punish Syria. Well, all this applies to a CW facility as well!
[] ...The US is trying to beat Syria into submission and allowing IAEA inspectors would have been a big step in this direction. Note that after Syria agreed to a IAEA inspection the US is claiming they identified more nuclear facilities, exactly as the Syrian ambassador had predicted...
