Amb. Mustapha was not available for 'comments' as he left on a flight to Damascus hours after the meeting. The meeting in itself is important for the simple fact that it took place (such meetings were extremely scarce if not nonexistent ...) , was unusually long for a simple "you-are-this-and-we-are-that" session, and it happened against a background of promising and/or imminently precarious regional atmospherics ...
