The "bleeding" of an administration

Comparing President Bush's White House to a sinking ship is only compounded by the amount of rodents abandoning it. From top strategist Matthew Dowd (and here), to the persevering (and good looking) enforcer of Bush's Iraq policy, Meghan O'Sullivan whose departure followed that of her deputy, will create a vacuum of Iraq policy experts on Pennsylvania avenue. These "desertions" comes on the heels of "sinking morale" at the DOJ and many US Attorney's Offices. Here, and here.
