Syria’s Foreign Minister Walid al-Moallem is to visit Russia on April 10 to meet with his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov ahead of the talks between Moscow and the Syrian opposition delegation.
Representatives of the Syrian National Coordination Committee are slated to come to Moscow on April 17-18, the Russian Foreign Ministry said in its Twitter blog.
