    I think that's a misreading of what this person wrote. This is the position of the hard-core revolutionaries, not of Mubarak's supporters

    We meant the Saudi Arabia was in mourning. Perhaps the voter/citizen wanted to make a twofold statement by showing his vote alongside a KSA license plate:
    (1) i am for change
    and in spite of your (Saudi) position
    (2) i say so from here!
