DCM in a 'transatlantic embassy' of Lebanon undermining his/her country's security!

A senior diplomat in one of Lebanon's 'transatlantic embassies' is involved in a vicious campaign against the new government of Lebanon and OPENLY advising the expats in his/her community to 'refrain from visiting Lebanon this summer.' 

This diplomat was best known to have launched a relentless campaign to undermine his/her former boss at the same Embassy where he/she still serves.
